New tipping trailers, built to your specification

80 cubic yard steel tipping trailers in full Hardox 450, designed around the way you work and built in our Nottinghamshire workshop.

A trailer built around your work

No two haulage operations are the same, so we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all trailers. Whatever size or features you need, tell us and we’ll design and build a tipping trailer that suits your requirements, from the body and sheeting to the ram and weighing system.

Every new trailer is built by our own team, in our own workshop. That keeps us in control of quality from the first cut of steel to the final inspection.

Standard specification

  • 80 cubic yard body: big capacity for bulk and lightweight loads.
  • Full Hardox 450 construction: a high-strength, wear-resistant steel that stands up to abrasive materials and heavy daily use.
  • Robust sheeting system: keeps loads covered and secure on the road.
  • Four-cell weighing system: precise on-board load measurement, so you can load with confidence.
  • Your choice of tipping ram: we supply Edbro, Hyva and Binotto rams.

Why Hardox 450?

Hardox 450 is a wear-resistant steel widely used for tipper bodies because it combines high hardness with toughness. In practice, that means a body that resists dents and abrasion from aggregates, scrap, waste and other demanding loads, and keeps its shape and value for longer.

How the build works

1. Consultation. Call or email and tell us what you need. We’ll discuss your loads, your tractor units and how you operate.

2. Proposal. We plan and design the trailer and agree the specification with you.

3. The build. We spend several weeks building your trailer in our workshop, exactly how you want it.

4. Inspection. A further week of final checks makes sure it’s as good as new before it goes to work.

Need one sooner?

We keep a selection of pre-built trailers ready for immediate delivery, with no waiting time. If your current trailer is off the road, our tipping trailer hire can keep you working while your new one is built. And if you have an old trailer to trade in, we offer part exchange.

Frequently asked questions

Can you build a size other than 80 cubic yards?

Yes. 80 cubic yards is our standard, but tell us what you need and we’ll design the trailer to suit.

How long does a new build take?

Usually several weeks in the workshop plus around a week of final checks. One recent build took about two months from start to finish. We’ll give you a realistic timescale up front.

Do you deliver outside Nottinghamshire?

Yes, we work with customers across the UK.
